My Study On High Achievers
At every stage we human undergo phases.my study is noo way related to Eric Ericksons DEVELOPMENT THEORY OR MURAYS AND MASLOWS HIERARCHY ORIENTED But sure they have given me perceptions bit different.
first stage of childhood ,I Approve mothers attachments and the childs development right from her womb to their teenage as rightly said by Sigmund Fraud and Erick Erickson.
but from their teenage my perception differs.teenage if the child develops achievment need by learning to suceeed in any of their focused arena,may be studies on the subject,MATH,SCIENCE,SOCIAL,ART ,SPORT or may be MUSIC,prolong till their nineteens,as they keep succeeding because of their freedom and all needs getting fulfilled by hook or crook, .This is one important phase OF LIFE (15 to 19).
Second stage is 20 to 25 YEARS, where they choose their carrier which they were more successful,either as full time or as slightly attached to the achievement and success area.

25 to 35 YEARS BEGINS their rewarding period for their handwork,which made them successful in their area of choice.this is another important phase as their pleasure part is more enhanced and the gene that dominates during this stage makes them reward themselve,which labels their final life married or single .
35 to 45 years goes on with parenting and complete focus on them.
45 years and further is another turning stage, when their loved ones are mature and choose their own job and life role.This middle aged the individual either falls pray for stress ,starting or nearing the feeling oldage phase but few successful ones goes back to their passion.
